Fixes a crash on launch on older devices: on Android 9 and earlier, whose built-in SQLite is older, the search index could not be created and the app closed as soon as it started; it now opens normally. When you send while offline, the app says the message is queued instead of falsely reporting it as sent, and tapping Undo on a queued message brings it back to the editor. A display name that is itself an email address, or that contains non-ASCII characters, is now written correctly in the From header, so recipients no longer see it as an unknown sender. Replying offline to a message you have not opened now fills in the recipient and subject straight away from the cached list. A single message left after the rest of a conversation is moved away no longer shows a "(1)" badge. A draft or sent message in the Trash now shows its recipient instead of your own name.
