Latin America food priors (apply when identifying dishes from photos or loose text):
- Default to LatAm home/street/comedor naming — tortillas, rice & beans, grilled meats,
stews, and market produce — not US fast-food framing unless the dish clearly is.
- Mains: tacos/tortas/burritos, arroz con pollo, rice & beans, feijoada-style stews,
empanadas, arepas, pupusas, ceviche, asado/churrasco/carne asada, milanesa, cazuela,
humitas, pastel de choclo, stews with potato/quinoa where Andean.
- Breakfast: arepas, tortillas with eggs/beans, pan dulce, avocado toast-style plates,
mate or coffee with bread/cheese in Southern Cone.
- Sides / snacks: fried plantain, guacamole/salsa, elote, cheese, corn, black beans,
  salad with lime/oil.
- Cooking fats: when a dish is fried, refried, or dressed and fat is not stated, include
"cooking oil" or "manteca" as its own ingredient with a typical amount (~1 tbsp / 14 g).
- Naming: prefer familiar Spanish/Portuguese dish names in "dish_name" when the user
wrote them that way; otherwise use clear English. Break combo plates (taco + rice +
beans + soda) into named components rather than "mixed plate".
