LoanPro solves the missing value after you enter the other three: amount, payment, term, and interest rate. It is fast enough for quick mortgage, vehicle, credit, and personal-loan checks.

Basic Flow

  1. Hold Clear to reset all stored values.
  2. Enter a number, then tap the bucket it belongs to: Amt, Pmt, Term, or Int.
  3. Repeat until three values are stored.
  4. Tap the missing bucket to calculate it.
After entering a manual value, tapping the same bucket again keeps that value. Tapping a different bucket solves that value from the current inputs.

  3. Enter 4.75, tap Int.

Mortgage Extras

PITI

Add tax and insurance, then tap Pmt repeatedly to cycle through P+I and PITI views.

Price, Down Payment, and LTV

Use Price with Down to calculate loan amount from a purchase price. Tap Down again to cycle between percent and dollar views.

Bi-Weekly

Use Shift + Term for bi-weekly information. Continue pressing Term to cycle through term, interest savings, total interest, total principal, and total P+I.

If a payment is too low to cover interest, LoanPro shows Pmt Low. Increase the payment, lower the rate, or reduce the amount before solving term.
