Dark mode theme tokens don't cascade to dialog overlays

When opening a dialog on Android, the background color falls back to white instead of using the --background token. Reproducible on Android 13 emulator.

Confirmed — it's the Radix portal mounting outside the theme wrapper. Working on a fix.
