A US physical keyboard now types every scripted layout, following that
language's own Windows layout while it is selected: Greek, Hebrew,
Thai and Hindi remap wholesale, German gains its umlauts and sharp s,
French its accent keys on the digit row, Turkish its dotless i, and
Spanish, Portuguese and Italian their own letters. Plain ASCII keys
and dead keys stay with the editor.
