Persian joins, on ISIRI 9147's positions in ten columns, with Persian's
own ke and ye codepoints and no Shift page. The dotted twins are a
flick up on their plain letters, the hamza family rides alef and
friends, the digits under the keys are Persian's own, the period
carries the guillemets and Persian question mark, and the space bar
flicks up to the ZWNJ half-space. Requested in issue #4.
