German and Turkish join, both in ten columns. German is QWERTZ (y and z
swapped) with u-umlaut, o-umlaut, a-umlaut and sharp s held under their
keys (capital sharp s with Shift). Turkish holds u-umlaut, dotless i,
o-umlaut, s-cedilla, g-breve and c-cedilla, and Shift follows Turkish
casing: i becomes dotted capital I, dotless i becomes I.
